The Role
We are recruiting a Mid-Market Account Manager to own and grow an existing portfolio of customers. This role is focused on renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, using a consultative, value-based sales approach to help clients achieve their risk and compliance objectives.
This is a commercially focused account management role requiring strong executive engagement, sales discipline, and relationship ownership.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts

Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell to achieve gross and net revenue retention targets

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building long-term relationships

Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer goals and revenue growth

Lead the full sales cycle within existing accounts, from opportunity identification to close

Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including Director and C-level contacts

Collaborate with customer success, product, and services teams to support retention and expansion

Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account data in CRM systems
Experience & Skills

Proven experience in account management, customer expansion, or consultative sales

Strong background in value-based or solution selling

Experience managing renewals and growing existing accounts

Comfortable engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders

Commercially driven with strong pipeline and territory management skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Experience within GRC, risk, compliance, or regulated software environments preferred
