Platform Product Manager | €140k–€185k | Minneapolis, Minnesota

I’m partnered with a global MedTech organisation building a connected software platform that underpins digital services, analytics, and instrument connectivity at scale.

This is an individual contributor product role, sitting close to engineering, service, and digital transformation teams, with real ownership of platform direction in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate would have a background in:

  • Platform or technical product management within software-led or connected products.

  • Working closely with engineering on complex, multi-stakeholder platforms.

  • Defining product strategy and roadmaps for reusable, scalable capabilities.

  • Operating in regulated environments (MedTech, diagnostics, healthcare, industrial).

  • Strong technical fluency (engineering, computer science, or similar background).

  • Experience across global, matrixed organisations.

MedTech or diagnostics experience is strongly preferred, but not essential if the platform exposure is solid.

Salary: €140k–€185k base (depending on level and background)
