The Role

We are recruiting a Mid-Market Account Manager to own and grow an existing portfolio of customers. This role is focused on renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, using a consultative, value-based sales approach to help clients achieve their risk and compliance objectives.

This is a commercially focused account management role requiring strong executive engagement, sales discipline, and relationship ownership. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts

  • Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell to achieve gross and net revenue retention targets

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building long-term relationships

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer goals and revenue growth

  • Lead the full sales cycle within existing accounts, from opportunity identification to close

  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including Director and C-level contacts

  • Collaborate with customer success, product, and services teams to support retention and expansion

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account data in CRM systems

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in account management, customer expansion, or consultative sales 

  • Strong background in value-based or solution selling

  • Experience managing renewals and growing existing accounts

  • Comfortable engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders

  • Commercially driven with strong pipeline and territory management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Experience within GRC, risk, compliance, or regulated software environments preferred
