Branch Manager – Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Atlanta, GA

An established Building Automation and Controls contractor is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow its Atlanta operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in BAS and a proven ability to lead teams, develop client relationships, and drive business performance.

You'll have full responsibility for the branch, overseeing operations, sales, project delivery and service while helping to expand the company's presence across the Atlanta market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Atlanta BAS branch.
  • Manage and develop teams across sales, engineering, project management and service.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and key account management.
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage branch P&L, budgets and forecasting.
  • Build long-term relationships with owners, contractors, consultants and end users.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing employees.
  • Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience within Building Automation, BAS or Controls.
  • Previous leadership experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager or similar.
  • Strong understanding of BAS platforms such as Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Distech, Trane or Automated Logic.
  • Commercial and financial acumen with experience managing branch performance.
  • Proven track record of winning business and leading successful teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
