Are you a leader in data center service operations with a passion for delivering world-class aftermarket solutions?

My client, a global leader in mission-critical HVAC and cooling technologies, is expanding its newly formed Data Center & Mega Projects organization and is looking for a Director of Data Center Aftermarket Services to lead its aftermarket strategy and execution across the Americas.

This is a unique opportunity to build a dedicated team from the ground up while shaping the service experience for some of the world's largest hyperscale and industrial data center customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of aftermarket service programs supporting hyperscale and large-scale data center customers.
  • Build and lead a high-performing aftermarket organization focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service, and Strategy teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop innovative aftermarket offerings that differentiate the business and drive long-term customer value.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of service agreements, ensuring performance against customer SLAs and financial objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service operations, parts fulfillment, and field execution.
  • Build strong executive-level customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand aftermarket revenue within existing accounts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate Degree
  • 8+ years of leadership experience across aftermarket services, field service, operations, sales, strategy, or general management.
  • Strong experience supporting mission-critical or data center environments, ideally within HVAC, cooling, or critical infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Customer-focused leader with exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
