Are you a senior client leader with a strong technical grounding in data center cooling and a passion for building strategic relationships?
My client is looking for a Director of Data Center Client Management to lead engagement with high-value, enterprise customers across the rapidly evolving data center cooling landscape. This is a critical, client-facing role focused on nurturing executive relationships and positioning advanced HVAC and liquid cooling solutions at scale.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, helping shape long-term infrastructure strategies while partnering internally across commercial and technical teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own and develop relationships with high-level data center clients, acting as a strategic partner.
- Drive client engagement across HVAC and liquid cooling solutions within mission-critical environments.
- Influence customer decisions through deep understanding of technical solutions and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and expand long-term partnerships.
Ideal Background
- 10+ years in client management, account leadership, or business development within data centers or critical infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and/or liquid cooling technologies in data center environments.
- Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with enterprise or hyperscale customers.
- Highly client-facing, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating at a senior level with a pathway toward executive leadership.
