Up to $120,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle

Are you an experienced BMS Service Technician looking to join a well-established building automation specialist with a strong reputation across Victoria?

Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of projects, an exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled BMS professional to join a highly experienced service team. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, education, industrial sites and critical infrastructure, providing planned maintenance, fault finding, servicing and small upgrades to Building Management Systems.

The Role

As a BMS Service Technician, you'll be responsible for:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on Building Management Systems.
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults across BMS hardware, controllers and field devices.
  • Commissioning small works, modifications and upgrades.
  • Supporting customers with technical advice and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
  • Working closely with project engineers and the wider service team.
  • Producing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Building strong relationships with clients across your service portfolio.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working as a BMS/BAS Service Technician or Service Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and building automation systems.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Honeywell, Delta Controls, Distech, Alerton or similar.
  • Ability to diagnose faults and troubleshoot control systems independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence.
