Modular Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Modular Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex modular construction projects from award through fabrication, delivery, and closeout.

This role is responsible for coordinating design, VDC/BIM, procurement, fabrication, scheduling, financial performance, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of leadership across internal teams and external stakeholders, driving project execution while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution from contract award through completion
• Coordinate engineering, VDC/BIM, procurement, fabrication, and production teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Oversee design development and constructability coordination
• Plan labor and resource requirements to support project delivery
• Monitor project KPIs, including schedule, cost, quality, and productivity
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of project management experience within construction, fabrication, industrial, or modular environments
• Strong understanding of VDC/BIM coordination and design processes
• Proven experience managing project financials, forecasting, and cost control
• Experience with scheduling, production planning, and resource management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management software such as Procore
• PMP certification preferred
• Prior military experience is welcomed

This position may require travel and involves working in active construction and manufacturing environments.
