Senior Building Automation Controls Technician

Hourly rate from $30- $50 an hour

We’re looking for a skilled Building Automation Controls Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with commercial HVAC controls, system troubleshooting, and field commissioning. Niagara experience or certification (N4/Niagara Framework) is preference. 

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot building automation and HVAC control systems
• Program, integrate, and maintain Niagara-based systems.
• Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning
• Diagnose network, sensor, and equipment issues in the field
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure system performance
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrade

Qualifications:

• Niagara certification or proven hands-on Niagara Framework experience
• 5+ years in building automation, HVAC controls, or related field
• Understanding of HVAC systems, low-voltage controls, and networking basics
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
