Job Description

Regional Data Center Controls Quality Engineer

• Lead quality, performance, and delivery of data center controls systems (BMS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA) from design through commissioning and turnover
• Oversee system integrators and controls contractors, driving standardization, issue resolution, and adherence to specifications
• Perform on-site inspections, audits, and commissioning support to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality installations
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to manage schedules, risks, documentation, and controls-related escalations
• Identify and mitigate controls architecture risks while supporting continuous improvement across projects
• Management-focused position as opposed to being 'hands-on' in Engineering
• Very autonomous role, managing your own work schedule
• around 50% travel, could on occasion be higher
• Must have extensive Mechanical and Electrical Controls experience
• BAS/BMS and EPMS/SCADA
• Strong leadership experience and character traits
• Up to $200k base + bonus
• Must be a US Citizen
