Director, Data Center Aftermarket Services | HVAC & Liquid Cooling | US (Remote/FL Preferred) | $400K Package

Are you a data center leader with a strong background in project execution and a passion for driving aftermarket service growth?

My client is seeking a Director of Data Center Aftermarket Services to support the rapid expansion of their data center business. This is a high-impact role focused on leading service strategy, execution, and customer engagement across HVAC and liquid cooling environments.

You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between project delivery and long-term service excellence, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure best-in-class aftermarket support.

What You’ll Do

• Lead aftermarket services strategy across data center customers, driving long-term service revenue.
• Oversee project execution alignment to ensure seamless transition into ongoing service and support.
• Engage directly with clients to support operational excellence across HVAC and liquid cooling systems.
• Partner with internal engineering, delivery, and commercial teams to optimize service offerings.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Background

• 10+ years in data center operations, project execution, or service leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and/or liquid cooling systems within data center environments.
• Proven experience delivering or supporting large-scale data center projects.
• Background in aftermarket services, operations, or lifecycle management is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate at a senior level.
