BMS Graphics Engineer – Brisbane, QLD

Salary: Up to $115,000 + Super

Are you a creative and technically minded BMS Graphics Engineer looking to work on some of Australia's most exciting building automation projects?

We're partnering with a leading building automation specialist that is continuing to grow its Brisbane team and is looking for an experienced BMS Graphics Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality graphical interfaces across a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and critical infrastructure projects.

The Role

As a BMS Graphics Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining intuitive graphical user interfaces that allow end users to monitor and control sophisticated Building Management Systems.

Working closely with project engineers and commissioning teams, you'll ensure graphics are functional, visually engaging and aligned with project specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality BMS graphics and user interfaces.
  • Create floorplans, equipment graphics and system navigation pages.
  • Configure alarms, trends and point displays.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers throughout project delivery.
  • Update and modify existing graphics for upgrades and retrofit projects.
  • Ensure graphics comply with company standards and client requirements.
  • Support commissioning and testing where required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a BMS Graphics Engineer or BMS Design Engineer.
  • Experience producing graphics for Building Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for user-friendly design.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full Australian working rights.
