Are you a proven leader with experience delivering complex, customer-focused programs within the data center industry?

My client, a global leader in HVAC and mission-critical infrastructure solutions, is building a brand-new Data Center & Mega Projects organization and is looking for a Director of Data Center Client Management to lead strategic customer relationships across some of the world's largest hyperscale and industrial projects.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll build and lead a dedicated client management team while driving flawless execution across engineering, operations, aftermarket, sales, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated client management team supporting hyperscale and large-scale data center customers.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and against financial targets.
  • Partner with executive leadership across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Aftermarket, and Business Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
  • Lead program reviews, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across major customer accounts.
  • Build high-performing teams and establish effective operating rhythms within a newly formed organization.
  • Champion change management and operational excellence across multiple cross-functional programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate Degree 
  • 8+ years of leadership experience across operations, sales, aftermarket, engineering, strategy, or general management.
  • Strong background leading large-scale, cross-functional programs within the data center or mission-critical industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without direct authority.
  • Customer-first mindset with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
