Global Technical Business Development Manager – Thermal - MTDC
Location Preference: Columbus, OH (preferred), East Coast, or key MTDC hubs (TX, NJ, VA)

What You’ll Do:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across thermal and liquid cooling solutions within MTDC accounts
• Design and position complex, tailored technical solutions
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers and strategic partners
• Align market needs with evolving product strategy and innovation
• Represent the organization at key industry events and customer engagements
What You Bring:
• Deep expertise in data center thermal and/or liquid cooling solutions
• Background as a Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Product Manager, or Solutions Engineer
• 5–8+ years in technical sales or business development
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical requirements into business growth
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a global role
