Global Technical Business Development Manager – Switchgear (MTDC) | $200k OTE

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new opportunities across the data center switchgear market
• Support complex technical solutions and system designs
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, consultants, and partners
• Align customer requirements with evolving product strategy
• Represent the business at key industry events and conferences

What You Bring:

• Strong expertise in switchgear or busway within data centers
• 5–8+ years in technical sales, applications, or business development
• Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial growth
• Confident communicator and presenter
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment
