B2B Sales Executive - IoT Solutions

Edison Smart are seeking an entrepreneurial and driven B2B Sales Executive to create new opportunities and close complex deals within a fast-growing technology-led market. This role suits a commercially focused salesperson with a strong background in B2B sales across sectors such as technology, SaaS, or telecommunications.

You will play a key role in winning new customers, expanding market presence through proactive prospecting, and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions to enterprise clients operating internationally.

Open to hiring for this role in Berlin, Madrid, and Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IoT market through targeted prospecting, networking, events, and digital channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle using a consultative approach to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and articulate clear commercial value and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and solution demonstrations to multi-stakeholder audiences.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex deals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting via CRM tools while consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to continuously refine sales strategy.

Must Have

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales or business development role within a commercial, technology-enabled environment.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 6+ months
  • Demonstrated success selling to senior and executive-level stakeholders (CxO)
