Overview
A fast-growing international technology company operating at the core of global connectivity and digital infrastructure is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to launch and scale a brand new direct sales operation across region.
This is a pure new business, hunter role focused on building a regional market from the ground up where no direct sales presence currently exists. You will be responsible for opening doors, creating demand, and establishing the company as a strategic connectivity and IoT partner for enterprises undergoing digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win mid-to-large enterprise customers across region in high-growth verticals such as industrial automation, mobility, energy, logistics, and smart infrastructure.
- Build a regional pipeline from scratch through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic engagement.
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and closing.
- Establish the company’s market presence as a trusted connectivity and IoT partner within your territories.
- Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with technical, operational, and executive decision-makers.
- Work closely with pre-sales and solution teams to design tailored connectivity and IoT propositions for customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build visibility and credibility.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting via CRM and internal tools.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategy.
Experience & Profile
- Proven experience in new business / hunter sales, ideally within IoT connectivity, telecoms, cloud, or digital infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success building a territory or vertical from zero and consistently closing new enterprise logos.
- Strong understanding of IoT connectivity, mobile network solutions.
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

- Fluent English required; additional local language skills (Italian, French, Polish) are a strong advantage.
