Partner Manager, South Africa
Remote
Local and international travel required
40% OTE
We are hiring on behalf of a global technology business for a commercially focused Partner Development Manager to grow and manage its channel network across South Africa.
This role centres on strengthening existing partner relationships, onboarding new resellers and integrators, and driving joint revenue initiatives. You will act as the primary link between the organisation and its partner ecosystem, supporting deals, shaping territory plans, and representing the brand alongside partners in the market.
The position carries a sales target and sits within a collaborative, regionally distributed go-to-market team.
Key Responsibilities

Expand partner-led revenue across South Africa

Manage and grow a portfolio of channel partners

Recruit new partners through inbound leads and proactive outreach

Support deal progression from opportunity through to close

Attend relevant industry events and customer meetings

Produce forecasts, manage pipeline, and handle sales administration

Track market trends and competitor activity

Work closely with technical and customer success teams
Requirements

Strong ability to communicate complex technical offerings clearly

Experience creating sales enablement or go-to-market materials

Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Relevant tertiary qualification preferred

Fluent in English

Willing to travel as needed
Advantageous

Background in IoT, telematics, GPS, or hardware-enabled software
