Our client, a well-established building automation contractor, is seeking a skilled BAS Controls Technician to join their growing team in Mobile, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who enjoys working with advanced building systems and delivering high-quality solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, program, and service Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose control system issues
  • Perform system startups, commissioning, and upgrades
  • Work with HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, and networks
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical support and occasional training to end users

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with BAS/DDC systems in a field technician role
  • Familiarity with Honeywell, Schneider Electric, or other major control platforms (experience with other systems is welcome)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems and control strategies
  • Niagara N4 certification (preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and sequences of operation
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
