Position Overview

As a BAS Controls Technician, you will be responsible for installing, programming, troubleshooting, and servicing advanced building automation and energy management systems. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to deliver high-quality, reliable control solutions across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments.

What You’ll Do

• Install, commission, and service BAS/EMS systems

• Program controllers, graphics, and user interfaces

• Diagnose system issues and perform corrective actions

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers and contractors

• Work with HVAC controls, networking, and system integration technologies

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of BAS or HVAC controls experience

• Experience with major BAS platforms (e.g., Niagara/Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Distech, Honeywell, etc.)

• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, control sequences, and low-voltage systems

• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical plans

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license

• $95,000–$110,000 base salary (DOE)
