Job Description
Responsibilities

Improve operational efficiency to better support channel partners.

Identify structural, process, and team improvements within the IT channel distribution to build a sustainable business.

Manage the interface between the company and distributors, including deal registration and recommending pricing structures and discounts.

Identify new resellers for the distribution network and oversee the onboarding process.

Directly manage distributor relationships and sell into distributors as needed.

Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute demand-generation and marketing initiatives for partners.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in channel, distribution, or sales management in fast-growing IT, electrical, or mechanical industries.

5+ years of experience working with distributors and VARs.

Familiarity with channel programs, including rebate mechanisms, incentives, and marketing budgets.

Experience identifying and prioritizing new reseller opportunities.

Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology simply.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Knowledge of the data center or manufacturing industries is desirable.

Experience working in cross-functional or matrix organizations, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
Travel Requirements

Up to 20% travel within the region.
