Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture reviews and troubleshooting for IoT solutions using cellular (4G/5G), short-range (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa), and GNSS technologies.

Human Resources
Recruitment & Employee Onboarding
- Oversee the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a seamless experience across all locations
- Assist the HR team and managers in managing the recruitment process, from organising interviews to participating them
- Follow up on employment references for candidates
Regulation & Legislation
- Collaborate with the HR team and legal team to ensure all HR processes comply with local legislation
- Ensuring candidates have the Right to Work documents required for the region of employment
Learning & Development
- Facilitate training initiatives by managing training platforms for staff, communicating mandatory training and saving completed training in personnel files
- Ensuring regular training sessions are booked in by assisting managers that carry out training
HR Systems
- Gain proficiency in the HR System used by Velos loT, and seek to automate processes and enhance employee self-service functionality
- Ensure HRIS is up to date accurately including employee data, important dates (i.e. probation, visa review dates and setting trigger emails for the HR team), documents such as job descriptions

Payroll
- Manage the payroll process from an HR perspective, including collating and submitting data through the outsourced provider's portal for global regions and EOR Employees

Office Administration
- Manage office supplies and maintain the inventory of stock for all regions
- Arrange repairs and maintenance for office equipment and assets for regions with offices
- Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and restaurant reservations on occasions
- Ensure routine safety and security checks are carried out on a regular basis and working with the managers in different locations who have oversight and responsibility
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
- Coordinate in-house and off-site activities, including parties, celebrations, and conferences

Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation – particularly in Estonia and understands HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent).
- Experience with change management and organisational development is desirable.
