Salary: €100K base
Location: Munich (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)

This is a strategic, high-impact hire within the EMEA team, joining a dynamic and customer-focused organisation backed by top-tier investors.

The Role

As part of the Technical Account Management team, you’ll leverage deep technical expertise and strategic business insight to help customers optimise adoption and realise the full value of their platform investment. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Directors, and Product/Engineering teams to deliver outcome-driven guidance, build strong technical relationships, and drive long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner for enterprise customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.

  • Guide customers on platform adoption, implementation, and optimisation.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align technical outcomes with business goals.

  • Deliver workshops, training sessions, and quarterly briefings to showcase value.

  • Advocate for customer feedback to influence product enhancements.

  • Leverage analytics to identify engagement gaps and opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in technical consulting, implementation, or support for enterprise customers.

  • Strong understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS) and API diagnostics.

  • Experience with JavaScript, browser-based applications, mobile platforms, or product-led growth tools.

  • Proven ability to manage relationships with executive and technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced SaaS environments.
