Overview
We are seeking a highly driven VP of Sales (Individual Contributor) with strong experience in IoT connectivity, eSIM/iSIM, global IoT solutions, or cellular IoT platforms. This role is a pure hunter position focused on acquiring new enterprise, OEM, and large-scale IoT deployments. Ideal candidates will currently be working for a competitor in the IoT connectivity or eSIM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Acquire new enterprise, OEM, and global IoT accounts.

Build, manage, and convert a high-value pipeline across multiple verticals.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.

Develop commercial models for IoT connectivity and eSIM solutions.

Work closely with engineering and product teams during complex sales cycles.

Maintain strong competitive and market intelligence within IoT connectivity.

Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
Required Qualifications

Experience at an IoT connectivity, eSIM, cellular IoT, MVNO/MNO IoT, or SIM management platform provider is essential.

Strong understanding of cellular networks (2G–5G, LTE-M, NB-IoT) and eSIM technologies (RSP, SM-DP+/SM-DS).

7–15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.

Proven track record closing large-scale IoT connectivity or eSIM deals.

Ability to work autonomously with a strong hunter mindset.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level engagement skills.
