JOB TITLE Senior Technical Product Owner – AI & ML

JOB PURPOSE To lead the strategic definition, prioritisation, and delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) powered products and platforms across Bank’s Generative AI transformation, translating advanced AI capabilities into secure, scalable, and high-impact solutions by acting as a cross-functional integrator between data science, engineering, and business units, driving product vision, agile execution, and continuous innovation across squads focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic systems, and enterprise Machine Learning (ML) platforms ensuring alignment with Responsible AI principles, regulatory standards, and evolving business needs, while fostering a culture of experimentation, observability, and measurable value creation

5. Employees To coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes - Ad hoc

Minimum Experience

At least 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, digital platforms, or enterprise technology solutions

Proven success in delivering enterprise AI platforms and leading cross-functional teams

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree or certification in Product Management or AI Strategy is preferred

Professional Qualifications Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certifications are desirable
