Electrical Product Design Engineer 
Menasha, WI | Onsite | 10–25% Travel

$120,000 base salary 

Flexibility for remote work, which can be discussed at interview 

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Product Design Engineer to join a growing Product Engineering team developing innovative power distribution products for data centers, switchboards, EV charging systems and other critical infrastructure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical components, assemblies and low-voltage systems.

• Create 2D drawings, 3D CAD models, electrical schematics and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

• Support PLC controls, component selection, wiring and assembly design.

• Manage engineering changes, technical documentation and design reviews.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers and engineering teams.

• Support prototype builds, production troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally in electrical product design.

• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo or CATIA.

• Knowledge of low-voltage electrical circuits, PLC controllers and electrical equipment.

• Experience with manufacturing, BOMs and engineering change processes is advantageous.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM.
