QA/QC Manager – Data Center

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support the delivery of a major data center project. The successful candidate will be electrical or mechanical biased, with strong experience managing quality across mission-critical construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC activities across installation, testing and commissioning.
• Develop and manage ITPs, inspection records, quality documentation and punch lists.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, commissioning teams and the client to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings and industry standards.
• Support project closeout and handover activities.

Requirements:

• Proven QA/QC experience within data centers or other mission-critical projects.
• Electrical or mechanical engineering/construction background.
• Strong understanding of inspections, documentation, NCRs, ITPs and quality processes.
• Experience working with main contractors, subcontractors and client teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
