Job Description

We’re seeking dependable and experienced HVAC technicians to join our client's growing team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing HVAC issues and conducting regular servicing to ensure peak performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems and components
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance
• Communicate with clients to explain issues and provide recommendations
• Handle emergency calls and perform on-call duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and tools
• Proficiency in reading schematics and manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC certification or diploma from a technical school
• EPA Section 608 Certification required
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation or repair
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
