Working with some of the world's largest consumer brands, retailers and technology companies, the business is expanding its commercial presence across North America and is looking to appoint a Director of Partnerships to drive strategic growth.This is an opportunity to build long-term enterprise relationships with some of the most recognisable organisations in the consumer technology ecosystem.

The Role

As Director of Partnerships, you will own the growth of strategic enterprise partnerships across the US market.

You'll be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new commercial opportunities with enterprise organisations, managing the full partnership lifecycle from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and launch.

Working closely with executive leadership, product and operations teams, you'll help shape go-to-market strategy while becoming a trusted advisor to senior decision makers across the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the North American partnership strategy.
  • Identify and win new enterprise partnerships across key industry verticals.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and senior commercial stakeholders.
  • Own the complete partnership lifecycle from prospecting through to negotiation and implementation.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations and Customer Success to ensure successful partner launches.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry conferences and networking events.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver against revenue and partnership targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new commercial opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in enterprise partnerships, business development or strategic sales.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex technology or digital solutions into enterprise organisations.
  • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing strategic commercial agreements.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level decision makers.
  • Excellent commercial, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Operations teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel across North America as required.
