Associate Director – Voice AI Solutions | Singapore

Location: Singapore
Compensation: Up to SGD 260,000 Total Compensation

We are partnering with a global technology and digital infrastructure organisation undertaking a significant investment in Voice AI and next-generation customer interaction solutions across APAC.

As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Voice AI Solutions to help drive enterprise adoption of conversational AI, AI agents and intelligent customer engagement platforms.

This is a highly visible role for an individual who enjoys combining technical expertise, customer engagement and commercial impact. You will partner with enterprise customers, sales leadership, product teams and engineering stakeholders to shape solution strategy, lead technical evaluations and influence revenue growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for strategic Voice AI opportunities across APAC

• Translate customer challenges into compelling architectures, demos and business outcomes

• Own the technical sales cycle from initial engagement through to technical win

• Design and demonstrate conversational Voice AI experiences, AI agents and customer engagement workflows

• Support proof-of-values, technical workshops, executive presentations and solution validation activities

• Partner closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to drive deal progression and bookings influence

• Develop competitive positioning against leading Voice AI, AI agent and CCaaS providers

• Contribute market insights and customer feedback to help shape product strategy and roadmap priorities

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years within Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting or Technical Pre-Sales

• 4+ years focused specifically on Voice AI, Conversational AI, Speech AI, AI Voice Agents or Voice capabilities within a CCaaS environment

• Experience working within a Voice AI organisation or the Voice AI practice of a CCaaS provider

• Proven success supporting enterprise opportunities throughout APAC

• Demonstrated ability to influence technical wins, pipeline progression and revenue outcomes

• Strong understanding of telephony, APIs, SIP, CRM integrations, CCaaS, CPaaS and customer interaction platforms

• Experience building demos, proof-of-value environments and conversational AI solutions

• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

• Fluent English and Mandarin language capabilities
