Enterprise Account Manager (AI & Cloud Solutions)

About the Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of enterprise AI and cloud infrastructure, helping organisations accelerate AI adoption through cutting-edge infrastructure, cloud-native platforms, managed services and modern data solutions.
As demand continues to grow across Saudi Arabia, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to develop strategic customer relationships, drive new business within existing accounts and support organisations on their AI and digital transformation journey.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the region's most innovative enterprises, delivering next-generation technologies including AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, GPU computing, Kubernetes, MLOps, cloud managed services and enterprise modernisation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts across Saudi Arabia.
- Develop trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders up to C-level.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion through AI, cloud and infrastructure solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build long-term account plans aligned with customers' digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales consultants and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Develop executive relationships across government, enterprise and regulated industries.
- Stay current on AI, cloud-native technologies and emerging market trends.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of enterprise technology sales or account management experience.
- Proven success selling complex, solution-based technology into enterprise customers.
- Experience selling one or more of the following:
- AI Infrastructure
- Cloud Platforms
- Cloud Managed Services
- Kubernetes & Cloud-Native Technologies
- High Performance Computing (HPC)
- MLOps / AI Platforms
- Data Platforms
- Enterprise Infrastructure
- Modernisation Services
- Strong understanding of consultative enterprise sales methodologies.
- Experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Heads of Data & AI and senior technology leaders.
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi enterprise market is highly desirable.
Preferred Background
Candidates will ideally come from organisations specialising in cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, cloud-native technologies, enterprise infrastructure, managed services, hyperscalers, or technology consulting.
Experience working with technologies such as NVIDIA, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Databricks, GPU infrastructure, MLOps, enterprise storage, cloud automation or AI deployment platforms would be highly advantageous.
