Data Center Project Manager (MEP)
Location: USA (Travel Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We're looking for an experienced Data Center Project Manager with a strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) background to lead the successful delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects across the United States.
You'll oversee all aspects of project execution, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and client relationships while ensuring MEP systems are delivered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and handover.
- Lead MEP coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and commissioning teams.
- Drive project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client standards.
- Collaborate with owners, consultants, general contractors, and commissioning teams to achieve successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong MEP background with experience on mission-critical or data center projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, and commissioning processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments.
- Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the USA.
