Mid-Level Commissioning Agent – Data Centers

Join a leading commissioning team delivering mission-critical data center projects across the Washington, DC region. We're seeking a Commissioning Agent with around 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning who is looking to take the next step in their career supporting hyperscale and colocation developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning activities from pre-functional inspections through Functional Performance Testing (FPT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Review commissioning documentation including test scripts, procedures, and reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Witness equipment start-up, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Support QA/QC processes while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Approximately 5 years of commissioning experience, ideally within mission-critical or data center environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical building systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, chillers, CRAHs/CRACs, BMS/EPMS).
• Experience with commissioning processes from Level 1 through Level 5 is highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and commissioning documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work on-site across projects in the Washington, DC area.
