Global Strategic Account Director | Hyperscale Data Centers | $450k - $550k TCC | US Remote/ West Coast focus

 

Are you a strategic sales leader with experience managing large hyperscale, AI, or enterprise data center accounts on a global scale?

 

My client is seeking a Global Strategic Account Director to lead and grow some of their most critical hyperscale customer relationships. This is a highly visible executive-facing role focused on driving long-term account growth, strategic partnerships, and enterprise-wide alignment across global operations.

 

You’ll act as the senior commercial lead for assigned accounts, partnering closely with hyperscale customers and internal business units to deliver innovative infrastructure, cooling, power, and next-generation AI data center solutions across complex global environments.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the strategic growth and development of major hyperscale and AI-driven data center accounts globally.
  • Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships across multiple regions and business units.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term account strategies aligned to revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and expand new business opportunities across cooling, power, AI infrastructure, services, and lifecycle solutions.
  • Drive executive-level customer engagement and influence key decision makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Support global portfolio initiatives, innovation programs, and strategic customer alignment tied to evolving AI and high-density compute environments.

 

Ideal Background

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic/global account leadership roles.
  • Strong background managing complex hyperscale, AI, or enterprise data center customers.
  • Experience supporting next-generation AI infrastructure environments, including high-density compute, liquid cooling, or advanced power solutions.
  • Proven track record closing large, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements.
  • Experience operating within highly matrixed, global organizations.
  • Excellent executive communication, relationship management, and commercial leadership skills.
  • Background within critical infrastructure, data centers, cooling, power, AI infrastructure, or mission critical environments preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
