Director – Enterprise Solutions
Drive enterprise technology outcomes across multiple businesses
We are partnering with a major diversified UAE organisation to appoint a senior technology leader to oversee its enterprise solutions landscape.
This is an opportunity for an experienced enterprise technology executive who understands how to operate across large organisations, multiple business units and complex transformation programmes.
You'll become a senior technology partner to business leadership, translating commercial and operational priorities into scalable technology solutions.
The opportunity
You will own the vision, evolution and lifecycle of major enterprise and line-of-business platforms across the Group.
This includes areas such as ERP, CRM, HCM, finance, property, hospitality and education systems, working across both the Group and its subsidiaries.
The role combines strategic leadership with execution, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes rather than simply completing projects.
Key responsibilities
- Define the Group's enterprise solutions vision and roadmap
- Lead major enterprise and line-of-business platforms
- Partner directly with senior business executives across the Group
- Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and transformation programmes
- Drive value realisation from technology investments
- Oversee delivery across multiple portfolios and subsidiaries
- Lead platform modernisation and product-oriented lifecycle management
- Manage strategic software vendors and systems integrators
- Ensure solutions align with architecture, security and governance standards
- Build and develop high-performing enterprise solutions teams
What we're looking for
- 15+ years within enterprise technology leadership
- 6+ years in senior management
- Experience operating within large, diversified and complex organisations
- Strong enterprise platform experience across ERP, CRM, HCM or similar
- Experience partnering with senior business executives
- Strong vendor and systems integrator management experience
- Commercially astute with strong strategic judgement
- Comfortable balancing Group-level standards with subsidiary autonomy
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Candidates from listed companies, multinational organisations or diversified regional groups are particularly encouraged.
