Engineering Manager – Electrical Systems

Location: Minnesota, USA

Salary: $175k + Bonus + 401k

We’re working with a growing, engineering-led manufacturer looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering complex electrical products and systems in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own engineering delivery, drive performance, and ensure designs are both technically robust and aligned with manufacturing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary engineering team
• Driving delivery from concept through to production
• Improving engineering throughput in an engineered-to-order environment
• Ensuring designs meet quality, cost, and manufacturability targets
• Partnering closely with operations to bridge design and production
• Supporting complex, customer-driven engineering projects

What we’re looking for:

• 8–12+ years in engineering with proven leadership experience
• Background in engineered-to-order or highly customised environments
• Strong experience with electrical or electromechanical systems
• Track record of leading teams delivering complex engineering solutions
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and commercial teams
