We’re supporting a global leader in critical power and infrastructure to hire a Technical Project Lead, ideal for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer who has delivered full lifecycle projects and is ready to step into a broader, cross-functional role or a Junior technical engineer looking to evolve their skillset.

The role:

  • Lead engineering projects from concept through to product launch
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications and drive delivery across teams
  • Act as the bridge across electrical, mechanical, firmware and manufacturing
  • Own project tracking, milestones and technical decisions
  • Drive RCA (root cause analysis) and issue resolution
  • Work on complex power distribution / switching systems

What we’re looking for:

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background
  • 5+ years delivering full product lifecycle projects
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in problem-solving / RCA environments
  • Ambitious engineer looking to step into a leadership pathway

Nice to have:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Scrum / Agile (SMC) experience or certification
