Edison Smart are partnered with a leading telecoms and technology provider looking to hire a Business Customer Service Engineer to support enterprise customers across IT, network, and cloud-based services.

Key Requirements:

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with business customers
• Interest in technology, IT, or networking (formal experience not essential)
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills across multiple platforms
• Ability to take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Full UK driving licence required
