Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the sales and revenue operations infrastructure

• Own pipeline governance, forecasting, and commercial reporting

• Develop real-time dashboards and commercial intelligence systems

• Drive CRM optimisation, workflow automation, and data accuracy

• Manage quote-to-cash processes including pricing and billing workflows

• Partner with leadership on territory planning and hiring strategy

• Improve forecasting accuracy and sales performance visibility

• Identify and automate manual operational processes using AI tools

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams

• Support compensation planning and commission reconciliation processes

 

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or commercial operations

• Strong background in B2B IoT, connectivity, or technology environments

• Proven experience building operational processes from scratch

• Deep CRM expertise including reporting, workflows, and pipeline governance

• Experience owning quote-to-cash and commercial operations processes

• Strong analytical mindset with advanced reporting and forecasting capabilities

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation within commercial operations

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
