Electrical Commissioning Project Manager (Cx PM)

Or 4-5 days onsite. Travel/ accommodation provided
Up to $140,000 base salary + up to 50% bonus

Can be located anywhere in US, flexibility to travel throughout the week is important
Looking for multuple Managers across the US in several locations.
Responsible for managing QA/QC, commissioning, and startup of electrical and specialty systems for large construction projects. Oversees schedules, budgets, and safety plans to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: in project/construction/commissioning management; 8+ years in system commissioning/startup (electrical/mechanical).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; strong understanding of electrical construction preferred
- Travel: 75–100% (onsite if live local to project site)
- Schedule: Primarily weekdays (7 a.m.–5 p.m.) with flexibility for project need
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QA/QC and commissioning scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Lead commissioning/startup meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors, and 3rd-party agencies
- Develop and implement project-specific safety and quality plans
- Track and resolve QA/QC and commissioning issues
- Support recruiting, mentoring, and performance development of team members
