SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER - GROUP MARKETING

Family Office | Fintech | Hospitality | Concierge

Location Dubai, UAE / Hybrid

Experience level Minimum 3 years

Sector Family Office | Fintech | Hospitality | Concierge

Who We Are

We are a dynamic group of businesses backed by a family office, operating across fintech, digital assets, hospitality, concierge services and premium lifestyle ventures.

Operating in a lean, high-performance environment, we prioritise speed, ownership and execution. Our teams are intentionally agile, enabling us to move quickly, test ideas and scale businesses without unnecessary bureaucracy.

We value individuals who are hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a strong bias towards action.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own and manage the day-to-day social media presence across the Group's portfolio of businesses, including its family office, fintech, hospitality, concierge and lifestyle companies.

This is a hybrid, hands-on role responsible for planning, creating, publishing and reporting on content that grows audiences, strengthens brand awareness and supports the commercial objectives of multiple businesses. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, Marketing, Operations and external partners to deliver relevant content while preserving each brand’s distinct identity.

The ideal candidate combines strong content creation, copywriting and platform expertise with the organisation and judgement required to manage different brands, sectors and audiences simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Group Social Media Strategy & Channel Management

• Own and manage the Group's presence across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and other relevant platforms.

• Develop channel strategies tailored to each business while ensuring alignment with wider Group objectives.

• Manage multiple social media accounts and content calendars across fintech, hospitality, concierge and family office

businesses.

• Adapt content, tone and format to suit each brand, sector, audience and platform.

Content Planning & Production

• Develop, write and publish engaging content across multiple brands and audiences. • Build and maintain content calendars aligned with product launches, hospitality campaigns, events, partnerships and

business announcements. • Create content using approved Figma or Canva templates and brief internal or external designers on additional creative

requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate short-form video, educational, campaign, venue, experience and product content from concept through approval and publication.

Hospitality, Concierge & Lifestyle Content

• Create and coordinate content showcasing hospitality venues, guest experiences, concierge services, premium partners and lifestyle offerings.

• Work with Hospitality and Operations teams to capture timely content around properties, dining, events, travel and customer experiences.

• Support campaign activity designed to drive enquiries, reservations, bookings and engagement.

• Ensure content reflects the service standards, visual quality and positioning of each hospitality or concierge brand.

Fintech & Corporate Communications

• Support content relating to fintech products, payments, digital assets, partnerships, product launches and corporate developments.

• Translate technical or financial concepts into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate social content.

• Coordinate with Product, Legal and Compliance where content relates to regulated products or financial promotions.

• Support professional communications for the family office and affiliated businesses where required.

Community & Reputation Management

• Monitor social and community channels, engage appropriately with followers and respond or escalate enquiries in line with agreed procedures.

• Identify trends, recurring feedback, reputational risks and engagement opportunities and communicate relevant insights internally.

• Support Telegram and other community platforms, particularly for fintech and digital asset audiences.

• Help maintain a responsive, professional and consistent online reputation across the Group.

Campaigns, Partnerships & Marketing Support

• Support events, influencer and key opinion leader campaigns, user-generated content, partner activations and special promotions.

• Coordinate social deliverables with Marketing, Product, Hospitality, Operations, Partnerships and external agencies. • Manage competing priorities across the portfolio and allocate social media support in line with agreed business needs.

• Support additional marketing activities as priorities evolve across the Group.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation

• Track performance against agreed KPIs, including reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, enquiries and campaign outcomes.

• Prepare regular brand-level and Group-level reports with clear insights and recommendations.

• Use performance data to refine content themes, publishing cadence, channel mix and campaign execution.

• Monitor competitor activity and developments across fintech, hospitality, concierge, travel, lifestyle and social platforms.

Brand, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure content is accurate, on-brand and appropriate for the intended audience and business line.

• Maintain distinct tones of voice and visual identities while ensuring an appropriate level of consistency across the Group.

• Follow agreed approval processes and maintain appropriate records for campaign, product and regulated

communications.

• Flag potential reputational, customer, legal or compliance concerns promptly and avoid publishing unverified or

misleading claims.

Required Experience & Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for brands, products, agencies or multi-brand groups.

GROUP JOB DESCRIPTION

• Experience managing multiple brands, business units or client accounts simultaneously. • Strong copywriting, editing, content planning and storytelling capability. • Experience building and delivering structured content calendars across multiple channels. • Working knowledge of Figma, Canva or comparable content-creation tools. • Fluent written and spoken English. • Comfortable using analytics to assess performance and produce clear reporting. • Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. • Ability to work independently and execute at pace in a lean, evolving environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience across fintech, hospitality, luxury, concierge, travel or lifestyle sectors. • Experience managing business and consumer-facing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts. • Familiarity with digital assets, blockchain or crypto-related content. • Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing and content-management tools. • Familiarity with financial promotion requirements and compliant communications in regulated environments. • Experience using AI tools to improve content production while preserving accuracy and each brand’s voice. • Short-form video editing experience for TikTok, Reels or comparable formats. • Telegram and community-management experience. • Experience delivering user-generated content, influencer or key opinion leader campaigns. • Experience working within a startup, family office or multi-business environment.

Why This Role Matters

This role sits at the centre of how the Group communicates with clients, guests, partners and the wider market across businesses with different audiences and commercial priorities.

The Social Media Manager will shape the public presence of the Group’s fintech, hospitality, concierge and family office businesses. Strong execution will increase visibility, strengthen brand equity, support product adoption and bookings, and maintain an accurate and professional reputation across the portfolio.
