Edison Smart is working with a fast-growing global fintech that is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its stablecoin product offering.
The business is building global payments and treasury infrastructure, helping companies manage cross-border payments, liquidity and money movement across multiple markets and currencies.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of the stablecoin roadmap, identifying how digital currencies can be integrated into existing payment and treasury infrastructure to solve real-world customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for stablecoins.
• Build products across stablecoin payments, collections, payouts and settlement.
• Develop fiat-to-stablecoin and stablecoin-to-fiat payment flows.
• Identify opportunities to improve cross-border payments, settlement speed and liquidity.
• Work closely with Engineering across APIs, wallets, ledgers and payment infrastructure.
• Evaluate blockchain networks, stablecoin issuers, custodians and liquidity providers.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal around digital-asset regulation, AML/KYC and transaction monitoring.
• Work directly with customers to understand enterprise payments and treasury requirements.
• Take new products from 0→1 through launch, adoption and international scale.
• Own product performance and continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience within fintech, payments or financial infrastructure.
• Strong experience across payments, cross-border money movement, settlement or treasury.
• Direct experience with stablecoins, blockchain payments or digital-asset infrastructure.
• Understanding of wallets, custody, liquidity and fiat/stablecoin conversion.
• Experience building API-led B2B financial products.
• Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with Engineering teams.
• Experience operating within regulated financial environments.
• Proven experience taking complex financial products from 0→1.
• Strong commercial and customer-focused approach.
