BMS Service Technician – Sydney

Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary: Up to $145,000 + Super + Company Vehicle

Are you an experienced Building Management Systems (BMS) Technician looking to join a growing team delivering high-profile projects across Sydney?

We're working with a well-established building automation specialist that continues to expand its presence across the commercial and mission-critical sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced BMS Technician to their service team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault finding and optimisation of BMS installations across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, education sites and data centres. Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and troubleshoot BMS and HVAC control systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance across client sites.
• Commission minor system modifications and upgrades.
• Support project delivery teams during commissioning and handover.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent technical support.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.

About You

• Previous experience as a BMS/Building Automation Service Technician.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with one or more major BMS platforms such as Niagara, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Honeywell, Delta Controls, Distech or Johnson Controls.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, controls and networking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence.
