Senior Technical Account Manager – Industrial Cybersecurity
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team in Saudi Arabia. This is a customer-facing technical role focused on helping industrial organizations maximize the value of their cybersecurity investment throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, supporting the deployment, adoption, optimization, and long-term success of an industrial cybersecurity platform. Working closely with customer stakeholders and internal technical teams, you will align technology with business objectives, improve operational maturity, and help customers strengthen the security of their operational technology (OT) environments.
This position combines technical expertise in OT cybersecurity with strong relationship management skills, enabling customers to achieve measurable business outcomes while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing platform adoption.
- Help customers integrate cybersecurity capabilities into their existing operational processes and security workflows.
- Conduct regular technical reviews, platform health checks, and roadmap discussions to ensure customers continue to achieve value from the solution.
- Monitor customer adoption and platform utilization, proactively identifying risks and recommending improvement plans where necessary.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, and Sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Deliver technical workshops, product training sessions, and executive briefings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on OT cybersecurity best practices, industrial threat detection, and security operations.
- Travel within the region as required to support strategic customer engagements.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working within Operational Technology (OT) environments, including exposure to industrial control systems such as ICS, SCADA, or Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
- At least 1 year of experience in a cybersecurity engineering, security operations, or incident response role.
- Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity principles, industrial threat landscapes, risk management, and detection technologies.
- Experience working with SIEM and security monitoring platforms such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, FortiSIEM, Elastic, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of industrial networking concepts including VLANs, SPAN/TAP configurations, firewalls, and network segmentation.
- Previous experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical post-sales, customer success, solutions engineering, or technical account management capacity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager, Resident Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer.
- Experience supporting critical infrastructure, industrial environments, or regulated sectors such as energy, manufacturing, utilities, transportation, or oil & gas.
- Familiarity with OT security platforms, industrial threat detection, or network visibility technologies is advantageous.
