Commissioning Project Manager – Buffalo, NY

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Project Manager to lead mission-critical and commercial commissioning projects in the Buffalo, NY area. This role will oversee project execution from planning through turnover, ensuring systems are tested, validated, and delivered to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commissioning scope, schedules, budgets, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate commissioning activities across electrical, mechanical, controls, and life-safety systems.
• Lead project meetings with owners, contractors, vendors, and design teams.
• Oversee functional testing, issue resolution, deficiency tracking, and final turnover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with commissioning plans and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commissioning, construction, or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, controls, and building systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing projects.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Data center, healthcare, higher education, or mission-critical facility experience is a plus.
