Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to build and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their desired business and operational outcomes
- Act as the primary customer advocate, maintaining a deep understanding of client needs and objectives
Deployment & Customer Success
- Lead customers, contractors, and representatives through the successful deployment of hardware and cloud solutions
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales through implementation and ongoing platform adoption
- Deliver engaging virtual and onsite training sessions to support customer onboarding and product utilization
Subscription Growth & Retention
- Manage annual subscription renewals for assigned accounts and drive continued platform adoption
- Monitor account health, identify potential retention risks, and implement proactive engagement strategies
- Identify opportunities for account expansion through additional device deployments, service upgrades, and new solution adoption
Voice of the Customer
- Gather customer feedback and technical insights
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to influence product development and enhance the customer experience
Process & Operational Improvement
- Contribute to the development and documentation of scalable customer success processes and best practices
- Help refine subscription health tracking, renewal workflows, and customer engagement

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Account Management, or Technical sales roles
- Industry experience within PropTech, IoT, Building Automation, or HVAC environments is highly desirable
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, gateways, and connectivity concepts
- Familiarity with HVAC and Building Automation Systems, including BACnet, Modbus, and VRF technologies
- Knowledge of subscription-based business models and recurring revenue metrics such as churn, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and reporting or proposal management tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regularly for customer meetings, onsite training, and site visits
