A well-established, profitable SaaS business operating in the fleet management, asset tracking, and logistics space. The company has a strong B2B customer base and is entering a new phase of growth following recent private equity backing.
About the Role
This is an executive leadership position with full ownership of the revenue function, spanning sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define growth strategy, scale revenue operations, and drive long-term value creation.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end revenue function, including sales, marketing, and GTM strategy
- Define target customer profiles, pricing, positioning, and channel strategy
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across sales, account management, and marketing
- Set and deliver against revenue targets, including pipeline development and forecasting
- Drive transition towards recurring, subscription-based revenue models
- Establish scalable processes, tools, and reporting across the revenue organisation
- Partner with executive leadership and investors on growth strategy and performance
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology revenue leadership roles
- 5+ years working for telematics business, targeting SMB and Mid-Market
- Proven track record owning full revenue functions (sales and marketing)
- Strong experience building and executing go-to-market strategies
- Commercially driven, data-oriented leader with hands-on execution capability
- Experience in scaling teams within high-growth or mid-sized organisations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
