Embedded Software Engineering Manager | Dartford (Greater London) | Up to £100,000

Join a growing IoT company in Greater London, who build innovative IoT controls systems used in industrial settings.

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of 5 – 8 Embedded Software Engineers. This position’s primary focus is on people leadership, strategy, and product roadmap. However, you’ll need to be comfortable to get on hands on when required.

This is a hybrid position in Dartford (usually 3 days in office). Please note, the office location is difficult to reach via public transport so access to a vehicle is recommended.

Skills/Technologies

• Embedded Engineering Experience (C++, MCUs, RTOS).
• Team Leadership, experience in managing Software Engineers.
• Understanding of end-to-end systems, including knowledge across hardware, embedded and IoT.
• Ability to help form development strategy and product roadmap.
