$115,000 – $125,000 + Vehicle, Full Benefits & PTO

The Role:
As a BAS Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, commissioning, and supporting building automation systems. You’ll work closely with project teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and reliable control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
• Configure and integrate HVAC control systems
• Develop graphics, sequences, and system documentation
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients on project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BAS/BMS Programmer
• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Distech, Honeywell, or Schneider Electric
• Niagara 4 Certification (preferred)
• Experience with system integration, networking, and controls logic
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
