Job Title: Field Application Engineer – Data Center / Memory Systems

Location: California (Hybrid)

Salary: $225,000-270,000 + bonus & equity

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of engineering and customer engagement, supporting the adoption and deployment of advanced memory solutions within enterprise and hyperscale environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface for customers and ecosystem partners
• Lead system-level validation and integration of hardware within server environments
• Develop and execute test plans, analyse results, and troubleshoot issues
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis across hardware and software stacks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• ~5+ years of experience in field applications, systems engineering, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of server architectures, CPUs, memory systems, and high-speed interconnects (e.g., PCIe, CXL)
• Experience with system bring-up, validation, and debugging
• Familiarity with OS, firmware, drivers, and virtualization environments
